PAYMENT FOR ORDERS

Mockingbird RC currently accepts the following payment methods:

• Paypal (preferred) - Simply select the Paypal payment method to complete the order online. The shopping cart will bring you to the Paypal payment page once you have completed entering your billing details and shipping details on the checkout page. In the Paypal page you can use your credit card (Visa or MasterCard), American Express Cards and Discover cards or balance in your paypal account or bank account transfer (E-Check) to complete the payment. Please note, orders paid via Paypal using E-Check will not be processed until the E-Check is cleared. Usually this is a wait period of several work days.
• Credit cards via the webstore including Visa Card, MasterCard, American Express, Discover/Novus, Diners Club and JCB
• Direct Bank Transfer (i.e. telegraphic transfer) - The system will send you details of our bank for the transfer. You will have to prepay all bank charges from your end, such that we receive the full amount of the order at our end else your order may not be processed or some items may not be shipped if the amount received is incorrect. (Bank charges are approx S$ 20.00 per transfer)
• ATM transfer by local Singapore purchases only. The system will send you our bank details for you to make the payment transfer into our bank account. Please call us to inform us the payment has been made so we can process your order.
• Western Union Money Transfer - The system will send you details of our western union receiver for the transfer.
• Alternatively, you may come and make a purchase direct in our store, addressed below to make best savings and discounts.
• Please note : We cannot accept payment by any other card or methods not mentioned above.
• Secure Credit Card via 2Checkout payment gateway. - This payment processor supports Visa, Mastercard, Discoiver, JCB, American Express and Diners club cards. Please note there is a 48 work hour wait period for order to be approved by 2Checkout anti fraud screening before your order can be processed.

We can only ship the order to the address we receive with your Paypal or credit card payment notices. Please note, for all credit card orders, charge card orders or debit card orders, there is no service surcharge for web store orders.

While we do try to maintain a full inventory of items on our web site, in the event an item you wish to order is not in stock, you will not be able to complete your checkout and the system will inform you which are the out of stock items. You will need to remove the out of stock items to complete the checkout. In the unlikely event that something you bought becomes out of stock or due to some unforeseen circumstances are not available, we will email you to inform you of this. Please contact us should you need to order something which we do not carry or out of stock.

We only charge a shipping charge once per order and will not charge you twice for orders containing backorders. You may cancel your backorders or request a refund for the backordered items at any time before your order is ready to ship. Please contact us prior to do this.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Mockingbird RC ships to all destinations. Orders which do not exceed the maximum dimensions and weight of the packaged box size restrictions as imposed by your local postal authority can be shipped to all International countries. Where the orders exceed the box size restriction, we will email you to propose other options. The current weight limit for all orders is 20 Kgs (kilograms). Should your order be heavier than this limit, we will email you to propose other shipping solutions, some of which, may increase the shipping cost for you.

It is useful to note that most of all orders are shipped from Singapore regions so delays in shipping duration should be taken into consideration.

LIMITS OF RESPONSIBILITY

We accept no responsibility for crash damage and/or loss of kits, engines, accessories, etc. incurred during operation of a radio-controlled model. In most cases it is very difficult or impossible to determine whether crash damage was actually due to radio equipment failure or to operator error. Also, we cannot be held responsible for any purchased components that are incorporated into radio systems or problems caused by incompatibility between radio components, parts, and repairs not completed by manufacturer. We also cannot be held directly responsible for quality issues of equipment, change in product appearances or spares provide by the manufacturers which are listed on our shopping cart.
All of the products we sell are intended for retail consumption by our customers and are not intended for resale.

PRICE AND/OR DESCRIPTION CHANGES

All prices, pictures and descriptions on this site and all other Mockingbird RC's articles are subject to change. Mockingbird RC maintains no responsibility for inadvertent errors. In the event of typographical errors on our site, Mockingbird RC reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders at its sole discretion.
